Junior Closed produces fabulous festival of squash

Last weekend saw the Essex Junior Closed take place at Colchester Garrison. With almost 100 entries in all age categories, some highly competitive and absorbing squash was played by our Juniors. Off The Wall Squash and Polar Announce Partnership

Off The Wall Squash has gone into partnership with Polar, the world’s leading fitness technology company to provide regular use of heart- rate monitors to players at squad and training sessions.  The agreement was reached following successful trials at the recent OTWS training camp held in Cheshire where all players were provided with a Polar HR7 heart rate monitor to use during training, fitness testing and match play.
